8 Hour CCW Course — $110  [6 Hours classroom time / 2 hours range]

Things covered during this class:  Laws pertaining to CCW permit holders, the use of lethal force, firearm safety rules, use of force policy, ways to defend yourself and your family while outside and inside of your home, the principals of self-defense, mindset and mental conditioning, factors to stop an attack, when you can and cannot use deadly force, civil and criminal liabilities, marksmanship skills, firearm care and maintenance, how to safely load and unload your firearm, immediate action/stoppage/malfunction drills,safe storage of firearms, and much more.  This course also includes shooting a 20 round qualification course of fire.  Water will be provided, but please bring a sack lunch.

 

Equipment required: Firearm, eye and hearing protection and note taking materials.

If your handgun is a .380, .38, 9mm, .40 or .45, please let us know and we will provide the 20 rounds needed to shoot the qualification course. If you would like to do more shooting, we will have ammunition available for purchase.

 

Note:  In addition to the weekend classes, to meet the needs of our clients, we will also offer weekday and two part evening classes.

 

 

Note: In order to attend this course, your CCW application must have already been approved by the Sheriff's Department and you must bring your approval letter with you on the day of the course.

Advanced CCW Class/Fighting With Your Firearm - $100 [3 Hours]

 

                                  If you previously attended either of the CCW classes we offer, the cost of this class is $75

                                                                    

 

Note: A $50 Deposit is required for this course, which is refundable up to 7 days prior to the date of the course.

  1.   How to safely and smoothly draw your weapon from its concealed location, 

  2.   Proper loading and unloading of a firearm

  3.   The difference between cover/concealment

  4.   Exact shot placement for desired results

  5.   Immediate action/stoppage/malfunction drills

  6.   How to engage multiple targets while on the move

  7.   Shooting around and through barricades

  8.   How to provide cover fire for a partner

  9.   Hone existing skills by repetition of the fundamentals of marksmanship

10.   How to survive a lethal threat/confrontation

        And so much more....

 

Equipment required:  ing protection, at least magazines for semi-auto pistols or speed loaders for revolvers, your CCW holster or method of concealment carry, 200 rounds of ammunition, a sack lunch, sun block /lip balm, you know the drill for you.
